Case Investigator
Asks the right questions about each document before you start. Builds the silent map of what you have and what you're missing.
For parents preparing a custody case
Strategic preparation for parents who understand the weight of their evidence. An AI-powered documentation toolkit that finds every contradiction in your record before the other side does.
Most parents don't lose because they're wrong.
They lose because the truth never makes it into the record.
— The principle behind this toolkit
The Method
Courts decide on evidence, not emotional conviction. The parent with the most credible documentation wins — not the one who sounds most certain. Here's how you become that parent.
Every message, every email, every interaction. Not selective. Everything. The toolkit shows you what to capture, in what format, and where to put it so it holds up under scrutiny.
False accusations almost always contain internal contradictions. They have to — a fiction can't maintain consistency across hundreds of details. The toolkit reads through your record and surfaces them systematically.
You don't argue with emotion. You point at the evidence. A clean documentation record stands in contrast to the accusation — and the contrast becomes the argument.
What's Inside
The toolkit plugs into Claude Desktop. You drop the bundle into Claude's skills folder, open a project for your case, and start working. No login. No SaaS. Your case stays your case.
Asks the right questions about each document before you start. Builds the silent map of what you have and what you're missing.
Reads every uploaded document end-to-end. Produces a structured analysis: facts, decisions, contradictions, key quotes.
Cross-references your jurisdiction's family code against your case facts. Flags where article text and court application diverge.
Tells you what to upload next, what's missing, and where to focus. Quiet pressure toward the next move that matters.
The flagship skill. Ten systematic checks across every pair of documents. Catches the slips a human reader misses on page 47.
Paste a custody-coach video URL. The skill pulls the transcript and applies the advice to your specific case file.
Generates a one-page summary you hand to a new lawyer, a mediator, a guardian ad litem. Bring people up to speed in five minutes.
A periodic reflection. What's moving, what's stuck, what to do next. Quiet course-correction so you don't drift.
The work is in the reading.
— Eight skills. One method. One case at a time.
How It Works
One-off €49. You get the bundle as a zip file by email within minutes.
Unzip. Drag the skills folder into Claude Desktop. Open a project for your case. Five minutes, three screenshots in the setup guide.
Upload your first document. The investigator asks its questions. The analyzer produces your first structured read. You're working.
Prerequisites
Multilingual
Upload custody documents in any language Claude reads — Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic, Vietnamese, Albanian, and dozens more. The toolkit's instructions are English, but Claude analyses your documents in their original language and produces output in whatever language you ask for. The bundled coach corpus is English-only; Claude translates the relevant insights on the fly.
I went through this.
I read hundreds of emails, thousands of messages, page by page. The contradictions were obvious — but only because someone was finally looking. Police hadn't. Lawyers hadn't. The accuser hadn't expected me to.
I built this toolkit because no one should have to do that alone, at 2am, with no system. The work is still yours. The reading is still yours. But the toolkit catches what a human reader misses on page 47, surfaces the contradiction on page 312, and turns five months of frantic scrolling into something a judge can actually weigh.

Questions
No. This is educational software for documenting your own case. It is not a substitute for a lawyer, and it doesn't represent you. Use it to prepare. Then use a lawyer where you need one — better prepared, with a case file they can read in fifteen minutes instead of five hours.
Yes. The toolkit runs on Claude Desktop, which requires a Claude Pro (~$20/month) or Max subscription from Anthropic. We don't charge for that — it's billed by Anthropic directly. Think of it as the operating system the toolkit runs on.
Yes. The skills are jurisdiction-agnostic — they help you analyse documents, find contradictions, and build a record. The law-statute-analyzer can be pointed at any family code or family act you upload. Buyers have used it in the US, UK, Australia, Ireland, Canada, and across the EU.
Everything lives in your Claude Desktop, on your machine. The bundle has no logo branding, no obvious "I'm preparing a case against you" label. Name your Claude project anything you want. The toolkit doesn't email anyone, doesn't share data, doesn't appear in any list outside your own machine.
If something's genuinely broken — install fails, a skill doesn't run, the bundle is corrupted — email support@childcustodyhelper.com and we'll fix it or refund within Whop's statutory window. After download, refunds are at our discretion. If something's wrong, we'd rather help you than keep €49.
Yes — share the analyses, the case summary, the contradiction report. The toolkit produces clean markdown and PDF outputs designed to be handed to a professional. Sharing the bundle itself (the skill files) is a single-user license, but we don't license-key it; we ask you not to redistribute and we trust you.
Every refinement, every new skill, every additional reference document — free, forever, for the life of the product. We email you when a new version ships. Re-download, replace the skills folder, you're current.
You can absolutely use ChatGPT or Claude raw. Many people do — and they spend their first three months figuring out what to ask, what to upload, how to structure their case, what to do when contradictions show up. This toolkit is what those three months produced. You skip the figuring-out and start documenting.
