Is this legal advice?

No. This is educational software for documenting your own case. It is not a substitute for a lawyer, and it doesn't represent you. Use it to prepare. Then use a lawyer where you need one — better prepared, with a case file they can read in fifteen minutes instead of five hours.

Will I need a Claude subscription?

Yes. The toolkit runs on Claude Desktop, which requires a Claude Pro (~$20/month) or Max subscription from Anthropic. We don't charge for that — it's billed by Anthropic directly. Think of it as the operating system the toolkit runs on.

What if I'm not in the US? Does it work for my jurisdiction?

Yes. The skills are jurisdiction-agnostic — they help you analyse documents, find contradictions, and build a record. The law-statute-analyzer can be pointed at any family code or family act you upload. Buyers have used it in the US, UK, Australia, Ireland, Canada, and across the EU.

What if my ex sees this on my computer?

Everything lives in your Claude Desktop, on your machine. The bundle has no logo branding, no obvious "I'm preparing a case against you" label. Name your Claude project anything you want. The toolkit doesn't email anyone, doesn't share data, doesn't appear in any list outside your own machine.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If something's genuinely broken — install fails, a skill doesn't run, the bundle is corrupted — email support@childcustodyhelper.com and we'll fix it or refund within Whop's statutory window. After download, refunds are at our discretion. If something's wrong, we'd rather help you than keep €49.

Can I share it with my lawyer?

Yes — share the analyses, the case summary, the contradiction report. The toolkit produces clean markdown and PDF outputs designed to be handed to a professional. Sharing the bundle itself (the skill files) is a single-user license, but we don't license-key it; we ask you not to redistribute and we trust you.

What about updates?
